Morgan Paper Coaters (MPC) is a family-run business that was formed to fill a need for quality coated, and laminated paper products that have a low environmental impact.
 
The equipment used by us was built by our sister company, Morgan Technical Services. The advantage of this association is the fact that MPC can assist and act as a test bed for new machine designs from Morgan Technical Services.
 
It is a rare advantage that a production company can assist in design and manufacture of its equipment when the capacity of the plant needs to be increased. The benefit of this extends to Morgan Technical Services’ customer base, which is able to benefit from tried and tested machine designs.
 
Morgan Paper Coaters' technical staff are well positioned to offer sound advice and carry a fledgling product from conception to full production within a conservative budget and in reasonable timeframe. Personal attention is always a guarantee.

The Environment:

All coatings used by MPC do not inhibit the biodegradability of the base substrate and can be fully re-pulped back into paper.
