Morgan Paper Coaters barrier coatings are applied efficiently to paper based substrates by Morgan Coater-Laminators which utilise the metering rod system. We are ideally positioned to supply coated substrates to the growing packaging industry, where moisture and grease barrier properties are an important requirement. We developed the Morgancoat™ system, a technologically superior coating method employing high performance polymer emulsions, combined with specialised application knowledge. Morgancoat™ provides a comprehensive alternative to polyethylene coating, wax coating or halogenated compound coating.

This model gives us the versatility to explore a range of products not possible on conventional paper coating machines. This is crucial when expanding existing market share and developing new products.

THE COMBI COATER 1400

The Combi Coater utilises three coating stations using a Twin Meyer Bar System.

The machine is designed and built to have a very small carbon foot print.
